Theese are direct scans from the 99 S/T service manual, I believe it is pretty self explanatory. The bottom scan was only modified to make it fit on this webpage better (in the process it kinda turned purple, sorry).
I like the part that says "Incorrect trim heights may cause symptoms similar to allignment problems", Ever driven a vehicle that needed an allignment? Kinda scary huh! When you jack up your torsion bars, your truck can feel that way. I know when I did mine it would Wander all over the freeway. I put it back to stock and it straightened right out.
