GM roll pan GM P/N 15958890

I am installing a GM roll panI won't bore you with painting instructions,
since I primered and painted it with a spray can. It came out pretty good despite my
inexperiance at painting.

Here is the roll pan as I recieved it from
the parts department.
There are holes allready in the truck, and there are holes allready in the roll pan.
all these holes line up. I coated the back with undercarrige spray to prevent corrosion, Then
I bolted the pan to the truck with black head, self tapping screws.

This is how it looked before, with the OEM bumper, and installed, as a test fit.

Here it is after painting, I removed it for primer and paint
then after about an hour I re-installed it.
For the lic plate lights, I used GM P/N 918399 lamps, with GM P/N 12083460 sockets.
Theese lamps are black, and look good on the pan, an added plus is they give
an OEM look while still looking custom.
My next project will be to remove the dorky looking "LEER" in the rear window of the shell,
then, the exaust....

My plan is to cut a hole on the right side, or BOTH sides to have an
exit for Supertrapp tuneable muffler(s), this pic shows that there is plenty of
clearance for these mufflers, and a hiden hitch. The only problem is that the spare tire
will have to be moved with the installation of the hidden hitch.
