Drilled slotted front brake rotors

Well, I went ahaead and bought new rotors, when I was doing my front
lower ball joints, I noticed the pads and rotors had a bad wear pattern,
Apearantly whoever did the brakes last put pads over badly groved
Rotors (from metal to metal contact). I picked up theese NICE drilled/Slotted
Rotors at the local NAPA auto parts store. They are thicker then stock rotors
and when installed with new GM pads, there was contact at the bottom of the
brake pad to my new Rockcrawler wheels.
