15X8" Rockcrawlers W/5" backspacing

15X8" Rockcrawlers W/5" backspacing

Under Construction!

I waited 2 months for 4wheel Parts Wholsale to get theese in with the correct backspacing.
I finally got them and installed them, I didn't balance them, instead I used a product
called Equal, which is supposed to balance them internally. If this stuff works, I will
never have to balance them again.
UPDATE, this Equal stuff sucks (IMO), when you are driving in a straight line, you're OK
When driving on a curve, espically on the freeway, all the Equal is forced to the edge
of the tire, causing the tire to go out of balance. I have removed the Equal from my tires
and re-balanced them with regular weights and I can immidatly feel the difference.

The top 2 pics are preliminary, I took theese as soon as I got home. I'll put up some
better pics soon.

The thing I really like, is that through the holes in the rim, you can see my Bendix drilled/slotted rotors.

The WORST thing about them is they now rub, at about 30 deg turns the tires hit the body
under jounce, directly behind the wheel. A inner fender trim should cure that.

Another thing I had a problem with is the GM brake pads interfere with the wheel, because
the Bendix drilled/slotted rotors are thicker, they shove the calipers out towards the wheel,
which causes a small tit on the brake pad (the part closest to the lug studs) to hit the rim.
A small abount of grinding on the brake pad cures this.
