Custom Pre-runner bar retrofitted from my 99 ZR2

OK, this has been sitting on the rack above my tool box at work
since I traded my Z, I figured it was about time I installed it.

First, I removed all the brackets that mounted it to the bumper
I didn't want to drill holes into my bumper this time so I went
right above the bumper to the top bumper mount bolts with a strap,
and welded the other end to the bar.

Then, for the lower mount I bent a strap into a (sort of a ) S pattern
and bolted it to the top of the Custom skid plate and welded the
top of the strap to the bar. Overall, this is a VERY sturdy mounting
setup, and with 1.5"X1/4" straps, I know they won't buckle while off road

These pics don't show it, but after this was finished, I had to modify it again
The ZR2 was wider with the flares, so I had to trim it a bit. I took 2"
of each side of the bar, it looks much better, and I'll post pics soon.
