Daystar Shackels (1-2 1/2" lift)

I did this because I didn't want to wait till I did the Superlift 2" lift,
The Daystar shackels I believe are better looking anyways.

Here ia a closeup of the shackel inatalled, Installation was easy,
Just jack the vehicle up by the frame until the tires come off the ground
about 4 inches. Remove the lower shock bolts, remove the lower shackel NUTS, then remove the upper shackel NUTS. At this point removint the bolts could be difficult,
Mine were severly rusted and I needed to use a impact hammer, however with LOTS of
WD40 (I used PB Blaster) and a punch to push the bolts out of the spring,
It might be a good idea to put a jack under the diff until BOTH lower bolts are out.
After the lowers are out, remove the upper boilts and the shackels will fall off.
It might be easier to install the new hardware after cleaning or honing out the
leaf spring eye hole. Installation is the opposite of removal, just use the new
shackels and bolts.
