Cobra 40CH CB install

I wanted to install my CB in a clean place, out of theives sight.
Under the consoole lid was the only place I could think of that
would achive this. I built a harness under the console for my off road
lights and subwoofer amp (so I can shut it off when kids are in the truck),
and hooked the CB to the main hot wire so I could have power to the CB
when the vehicle is off. Then I ran the antenna coax out the back of the console,
under the carpet and into the rear cargo area.

Eventually I built a antenna mount out of a 1/4"X1" steel flat bar
and mounted it in the top center of the spare tire rack then I ran
the coax out the rear door and across the top spare mount bar.

Here is a the final look at the antenna, this is the same antenna IU had on my 99 Z.
